Fully informed, valuable advice, realistic…As an out of town vendor, I required an agent that could provide accurate market data, set a realistic view on valuation, set a plan to deliver and keep me informed every step of the way. I found Jason and his team delivered on all of this and despite geographic distance between us, I was always informed and in control. They delivered on my expectations which was, of course, a key objective. On top of that Jason (and team) were a pleasure to deal with, and the 3rd parties that they called in at various times were similar. All up, the experience was stress free and highly professional. I cannot recommend Betschwar Real Estate highly enough.
